I enjoy reading, classical literature, as well as philosophy, but, generally anything that expands my mind..
I'm happiest when i'm outside, surrounded by nature, and spend much of my time in the hills around Yorkshire, or mountains of Scotland....i'm also starting to become more interested in wild swimming..
I meditate and stretch/ yoga daily, and try and live as Consciously as possible.
I'm happy in my own company, consider myself extreamly emotionally mature and present.
I have worked in the NHS and private health sector, but now, fortunate to have semi- retired, and run my own, private, Psychotherapy practice.
It would be lovely to meet someone with similar interests and outlook on life, to share experiences and have adventures with.
I enjoy all music, I like live music and festivals of all kinds..comfortable with fires 🔥 on the beach, under expansive sky's or a city break exploring history and architecture.
