I like to think of myself as open-minded and open to trying new things but I also tend to know what I want. I have a good social life already but would love to have someone to love. I'm not keen on messaging and prefer to meet people face to face, or on the phone, early on.
I started ballroom & Latin dancing a couple of years ago but love to dance in any style!
Overall I'm quite active, go to gym etc but not that sporty. I love yoga, my friends, good food, enjoy my hobbies and am reasonably well house trained having raised 2 children.
I worked in the humanitarian sector for a long time before settling back into the UK NHS, via academia, a few years ago.
I'm an optimist that likes to think the best of people - if you are overly pessimistic or angry we probably won't work.
Ultimately I'm looking for a mutually loving and supportive relationship, if there are some adventures along the way that's fabulous

I'd like to have someone to share the exciting times with, certainly, but also the more mundane. Someone to cook with or to inspire me to cook for would be useful! I do like to eat well.
Someone happy to step onto a dance floor would be fabulous.
